Ginger never disappoints! They have the best dim sum in Lee county hands down. We always end up ordering our favorite trio of buns and dumplings, but have also been adventurous and explored their menu. So far all their offerings have always been delicious.

On a Saturday at 1:30 we arrived for lunch to find the only two empty tables. Fortunately, we got one! This was our second visit and despite it being 45 minutes from home, it was worth it. We enjoyed several items from the dim sum menu and two entrees. It was the best Chinese cuisine we've enjoyed in Florida. Friendly service and prices that were very reasonable and the portions generous. We'll be going back soon!

There's a dim sum menu on Saturdays in addition to the regular menu, both offering really great Hong Kong-style food. There's no dim sum cart, you mark your selections on the paper menu which is quite extensive with all the usual dim sum items. So glad that we found such a great dim sum place with other yummy dishes like crispy pork belly and wonton noodle soup!

We arrived at 11:30 and were seated very quickly. We had Dim Sum, which was fantastic! We had 7 different items, each with shrimp because that's what we like. We also had veggie fried rice. Everything was delicious. We hope your experience is as good & tasty as ours.

We had a great meal tonight at Ginger Bistro! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful, flavorful, and served quickly — my water glass never went empty! One thing that really stood out is that they are Serve Safe certified, showing they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure food safety and quality. That gives a lot of confidence when dining out. Even the restroom was spotless, which says a lot about how well this place is cared for. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great spot for Asian food in Fort Myers. Highly recommend!

Celebrated the eve of Chinese New Year at Ginger Bistro. First time eating there via reviews online. Our reservation was @7 but decided to go earlier. The restaurant located in a minimal strip shopping center that was very quiet. The only cars parked were near the restaurant. We were a bit hesitant to go inside but once we went inside the place was busy with customers eating, many tables with Asian guests eating(usually a good sign). We were thankful to get a table and cancelled our previous reservation. The food was very good especially the crispy roast pork, just tender meat and crispy skin. We enjoyed the spring rolls, chicken wings, lo mein and fried rice. We noticed that several tables had ordered steamed flounder so we ordered that and it was delicious. Our server was very friendly. She was very professional and provided us with very good service. Prices were reasonable. Overall, we enjoyed our celebration of the New Year.

Delicious food. Kind, friendly service. Scallion pancakes, soup dumplings, and the duck were our favorites. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food. Very excited to go back to try their lunch dim sum.

We had an amazing experience at Ginger Bistro! We came in with a large party of 14 people to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They handled our big group with such ease and kindness, making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of throughout the night. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish that came to the table was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It’s not always easy for a restaurant to keep quality high with such a big group order, but Ginger Bistro truly delivered. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!
